Heidi Terwilliger received a Bachelor’s Degree in History with an Elementary Education Certificate from William Paterson University.  She obtained a Master’s Degree in MSET (Master of Science in Educational Technology) from Ramapo College and she has taken additional courses (Masters plus 30) to enhance her knowledge of all aspects of teaching.  Mrs. Terwilliger has been teaching for 21 years at Berkley Street School.  Mrs. Terwilliger was awarded the Berkley Teacher of the Year for the 2007-2008 school year.   She is very passionate about teaching.  Mrs. Terwilliger incorporates small group instruction and has a child-centered approach to learning in her classroom.  Mrs. Terwilliger is the mom of two boys and a girl.  She enjoys spending time with her family.
