compliance with Chapter 14 of the New Jersey Sanitary Code,
all school children will be required to show proof of the following immunizations.

at your pediatrician's office is an important way to keep your children healthy. By making sure
that your child is immunized on time, provides the best available
defense against many dangerous childhood diseases. Immunizations for
certain communicable diseases are required by NJ State Law for every
